Madeleine Morgan an English national has lived in Italy since May 1991 and established herself within the Italian Real Estate market in 2005, after studying and passing her exams to become a fully established agent, registered in the Chamber of Commerce in Brescia and part of the Real Estate Association of F.I.M.M.A in Italy.
Her main goal was to create an agency with a difference, one with a 360° customer satisfaction service and one where the happiness of her clientele was at the heart of every sale. That is why Dreamhomes was borne, now after 16 years of service and experience, Madeleine has established herself as one of the authorities on Lake Iseo for International clients who are looking to invest in a holiday home or investment property. In 2015 Madeleine was chosen to take part in the popular American television show “House Hunters International” which aired in November of that year with Jasmine and Massimo who were looking for their Dream Home in Bergamo.
It was only a natural transition for Madeleine and Dreamhomes, based on clients high demand to purchase property that needed total or partial refurbishment, but what seemed to stop them of course, was the thought of navigating the very difficult Italian bureaucratic system and the fear of economical loss not to mention the whole process from start to finish being extremely time-consuming.
So Madeleine had the brilliant idea of taking the misery out of the joyous event of purchasing a property in need of refurbishment by putting together a top of the range professional team who would help realize their perfect Dream home. Madeleine understood that if the client felt comfortable and in safe and trusted hands they would be more likely to venture down the path of restoration. We take the uncertainty out of the entire process so the client only has the enjoyment of seeing their future home take shape and enjoy the fruits of our labour and expertise.
