Description of Works:-
The clients contacted me from an investment perspective, looking for a flat with good accessibility, geographically strategic and with good exposure to the sun and lake views. The clients love the outdoors, the lake and the mountains. At the time, I had a very good flat that suited their needs; it was a bit dated, badly furnished and needed some work but not a complete renovation.
The clients liked some of the original features of the flat and wanted to retain them. The price of the property and the budget set for the house fit-out was exactly what they wanted. So a short trip from Holland and within a couple of days they had formalised the purchase proposal.
The works followed a few weeks later. We consulted their budget and basic needs and this is the result. A few months later and they are now living permanently in Italy from Holland and are looking to buy another property.

“The all-in-concept of the realtor is very convenient. We had to do a modernisation of the holiday home we bought, and we paid a one-time fee for overseeing the works. That would have been very hard to do ourselves, not living in Italy and not speaking the language. That fee stretched a long way, from overseeing the works, dealing with the builders, purchases and the communication between us and workmen, choosing tiles and paint colours, being present for every delivery being made and so on. The work was quoted beforehand and was carried out professionally, within budget and in the estimated time. And still when we have something to deal with now, Madeleine has her handymen ready to sort it out. She has gathered a group of trustworthy professionals around her, from which her clients can benefit.
