Paratico, a 5 minute drive away is home to the Miglia miglia race which is a famous race held every year with hundreds of participants with vintage cars parading the lake front ready to race. Each Sunday there are colourful markets dotted along the lake front and its a favourite spot for many a fisherman, cyclist and runner as there are ample cycling paths which lead all the way from Sarnico right up to Iseo.  Franciacorta is less than a 10 minute drive from here too.
